Picnic in the Park: Highlights and Acknowledgements

alt

Summer is now officially in full swing, and – mark your calendars! -- we are already planning our 20th August Fun Day! Before we’re completely lost in another round of event planning, however, we’d like to take time once again to acknowledge those individuals, groups and businesses who supported our Picnic in the Park in April.

Picnic in the Park was a huge success, not only in terms of meeting the fundraising goal of the Leith Walk PTC, but in bringing together two local groups to work together for the benefit of the community, not to mention hosting a really fun day for all! It was a pleasure working together, and we hope to do it again!

It’s amazing to note how many people helped in so many ways, both in the planning stages and on the day.
