WHAT: A Spring Social Ceilidh, featuring Lairds O’ The Dance.
WHERE: The Calton Centre, 121 Montgomery Street
WHEN: 5th May, 2012 from 7-11 pm
TICKETS: Adults £10, Kids (18 and under) £5 pounds.

We are very excited to be hosting this event, which will give a chance not only to socialise with the Montgomery Street Park community, but to raise money in support of funding applications for a new ball court in the park. Beer, wine, soft drinks and nibbles will be on sale. Come out and dance with us!

We only have 80 tickets available, so get yours now!

Tickets can be purchased one of two ways:

1. Via PayPal  - Simply click on the “Join or Donate” button and then make a donation in the appropriate amount. In the “Instructions to Seller” box, list the names and ages of the people you are buying tickets for. We will email you a confirmation to print and bring on the night.

Substation Revitalised


Thanks to a grant from Leith Neighbourhood Partnership, The Friends of Montgomery Street Park have revitalised one of two substations in the park.

A graffiti workshop held in conjunction with Pilmeny Development Project and Zap Graffiti has transformed the dour and often vandalised substation with spectacular and vibrant affect. Special thanks to Scottish Power for allowing us to paint the substations!
